Software Quality Engineer
I ensure quality at every stage of development. From test strategy to automation frameworks, I help teams ship reliable software faster.
01 — About

QA is a craft, not a checklist. My work spans manual testing, automation architecture, and quality strategy — helping teams catch issues before they reach production.
Currently working on Infix, a healthcare scheduling platform for Scotland's NHS, and a banking platform — my current focus, where I'm building Playwright automation (Page Object Model, TypeScript) alongside manual and exploratory testing.
ISTQB-certified in both CTFL and CT-GenAI. I work close to development, not after it — bugs get caught, discussed, and resolved before they ever reach a release.
02 — How I Work
Read requirements, discuss edge cases and unknowns with Claude AI, then walk through the application myself before writing a single test case.
Design test cases, then run manual and automated passes side by side — automation for repeatable coverage, manual for what scripts miss.
Before raising a bug, I discuss it with Claude AI to rule out user error or noise. Then retest, and run a regression pass every day.
